AUSTAR is pleased to announce that AUSTAR Mobile and Southern Cross Telco have reached agreement for Southern Cross Telco to acquire AUSTAR's mobile services customers. This assignment of AUSTAR Mobile contracts to Southern Cross Telco was effective from March 1, 2011.
For new mobile enquiries, no further applications for the AUSTAR Mobile service are being taken.
A letter was sent to you on February 23 confirming the acquisition of the AUSTAR Mobile service by Southern Cross Telco effective from March 1, 2011.
By now, you will also have received a letter from Southern Cross Telco confirming the transition process and timing to their billing system and your new call plan.
