A Win For AFL Fans

For the first time ever, AFL fans will be able to watch every game of every round LIVE, in HD and with no ad-breaks siren to siren.

FOX FOOTY will launch on AUSTAR from February 2012. Produced by FOX SPORTS, the dedicated AFL channel will show unprecedented LIVE coverage of the AFL, commencing with 29 LIVE and EXCLUSIVE NAB Cup matches.

The channel will be included in the AUSTAR Sports option at no additional cost – and will also be available as an HD channel for MyStar HD subscribers.

In other big news, Eddie McGuire has signed with FOX FOOTY and will lead the new on-air commentary team. Eddie will call one game a round (don't worry, not Collingwood games) + host several new initiatives the channel has planned - including his own weekly program.
