Barclays Premier League Title and Relegation Battles to be Decided LIVE and only on FOX SPORTS this Sunday

One of the most enthralling title races in history reaches its crescendo while a pair of desperate clubs fight to escape relegation in a must-watch final day of the Barclays Premier League season LIVE and ONLY on FOX SPORTS.

FOX SPORTS will deliver LIVE and EXCLUSIVE coverage of seven matches on the final day of the season, including the all-important fixtures featuring premiership hopefuls Manchester City and Manchester United, and the two clubs battling to avoid relegation from the top flight - Queens Park Rangers and Bolton.

A victory for City over QPR in the feature game on Sunday night will secure the club’s first league championship since 1968, while a loss for QPR could spell the end of a very brief return to the Premier League for the London club.

Host Adam Peacock will join the only two Australians to have won a Premier League title, Mark Bosnich and Robbie Slater, in studio from 11.30pm AEST on FOX SPORTS 2HD & FOX SPORTS 2 to preview the potentially historic clash in Manchester, as well as breaking down the other key matches before crossing LIVE to Etihad Stadium for kick off at 11.50pm AEST.

Meanwhile, United will look to keep the pressure on their cross-city rivals by disposing of Sunderland on the road (11.50pm on FOX SPORTS 3HD & FOX SPORTS 3). The Red Devils will need to secure the three points and pray for a miracle in Manchester, where City is odds-on to cement the title in front of their home fans.

By pressing the red button to activate Viewer's Choice, fans can choose from four more LIVE matches on FOX SPORTS 2, including Bolton’s clash with Stoke. After a tumultuous year, a win for Bolton and a QPR loss at Manchester City will ensure the Wanderers remain in the top flight next season.

Elsewhere, fans of Arsenal, Tottenham, and Newcastle will be glued to their teams’ final outings, as all three clubs dice for a berth in the UEFA Champions League. Arsenal will visit tenth-placed West Bromwich Albion (11.50pm on FOX SPORTS 1HD & FOX SPORTS 1), while Spurs host ninth-placed Fulham, and Newcastle travels to seventh-placed Everton (both matches available via Viewer’s Choice).

FOX SPORTS’ LIVE and EXCLUSIVE coverage of the final day of the 2011/12 Barclays Premier League season is available to FOXTEL and AUSTAR sports subscribers.
